LCL Schedule

CMR

ECN’S /CRN’S and Forwarding Instructions must be faxed to Airwave by 3.00pm on our advertised cut off dates. Your cargo will be off loaded if we cannot comply to ACS (Australian Customs Service) CMR requirements.

PAPERWORK/BOOKINGS

It is imperative that your carriers have sufficient paperwork when delivering cargo to Receiving Depot. Please ensure your carriers are aware of our requirements to avoid demurrage whilst waiting for paper work to be faxed through. Cargo NOT BOOKED will be rolled to our next advertised vessel.

LATE RECEIVALS

No late receivals will be accepted at Depot unless prior arrangements have been made with the Airwave Trade Lane Operator. Any cargo that arrives after Cut Off without prior notice, will be automatically rolled to our next advertised vessel.

HAZARDOUS CHARGES

Please note our Hazardous Rates effective 1st December, 2002.

New Zealand - Minimum A$ 25.00 / Shipment – B/L A$10.00 per w/m
Pacific Islands - Minimum A$ 50.00 / Shipment – B/L +30% of Freight
PNG - Minimum A$ 50.00 / Shipment – B/L +30% of Freight
Singapore - Minimum A$ 100.00 / Shipment – B/L +30% of Freight
Hong Kong - Minimum A$ 100.00 / Shipment – B/L +30% of Freight

Note:
  • All other destinations will be at A$ 50.00 Minimum per Shipment / B/L or 30% of freight whichever is greater.
  • Please note that these Hazardous Charges apply to DIRECT discharge destinations ONLY and do not include Transhipment Cargo.
  • Tranship Cargo will incur the hazardous surcharge on the base rate as described above, as well as any surcharges applied by the transhipping agent.
  • Hazardous bookings, whether direct discharge port or transhipment, are subject to approval by the Shipping Line Principals, vessel Master, transhipping agent and destination agent, prior to loading in our FAK container.
  • Fully completed fax copy of MO41A & EPG must be received by Airwave 72 hours prior to advertised Cut Off to facilitate approval by the Shipping Line.
  • MO41A, EPG & Interim Receipt must accompany cargo to Receiving Depot.
